Firstly, I couldn’t resist doing an Easter card with Gaye’s fantabulous Easter Garden.
I tried to make the goose look like she was on a nest, I have cut her out and layered her with foam pads and also did that with part of the leaves, that bit was hard lol! I added a bit of gold on the leaves and around the edge of the card, I then added a few gems and a bit of ribbon.
It’s Mothers Day this Sunday here in the UK, so I have made this for DH’s Mum.
The kit I have used for this one is Loryn by Kim B
I printed the whole picture onto matt photo paper, then cut out and stuck to a piece of card, then cut out again. I used the craft knife and made a slit along the sides big enough for the ribbon to go through, thus giving it the illusion of being layered! then stuck to the actual folded card and finishing off with a bow and a few gem flowers. This was very easy to do and I like how it came out!
Now this one was a last minute one last night! Catherine my daughter asked me to make this for her friend’s birthday today! How short notice can you get!

The kit I have used for this one is I Believe by Kim B and Bunny Cates. Luckily I had the main part in a card file as I used this for a card swap at DSO last year. I just made up the circles with the added birthday wishes, so this one only to 20 mins to do!
I won’t be back here til next week as I will be busy getting ready for a long weekend away, tomorrow I’ll have to sort out the packing etc and Friday day time I’m off to visit dear Sis. Friday Eve DH and I are off to Norfolk to visit his Mum.
So here are the elements to It’s a girl..
